Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Concord Coalition to End Homelessness, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #21, archived document ) to add funding and modify scope for the continued provision of Continuum of Care housing services, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $125,661 from $700,525 to $826,186 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2029 to November 30, 2029.
