Authorize to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the NH Department of Corrections, Concord, NH, to implement a quality improvement project that will improve hypertension management within the inmate population in an amount not to exceed $44,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 29, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
