Description

Authorize to enter into an agreement with the University of NH, Durham, NH, to include infectious disease questions in their statewide telephonic survey to learn the public’s perception on the Division’s ability to inform the public on public health emergencies related to infectious disease, in an amount not to exceed $20,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
