Authorize to exercise an amendment to an agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #40), to continue to provide a broad range of programmatic support services across a number of public health programs to include public health strategic planning, training and technical assistance; conference logistics support and implementation of community health interventions and health communications campaigns, by increasing the price by $254,706 from $3,204,959 to an amount not to exceed $3,459,665. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 66387% Federal, 33.13% Other Funds (Newborn Screening Fees and Department of Safety Agency Income).
