Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Southwestern Community Services Inc., Keene, NH, for the provision of Regional Access Point Services that will assist individuals who have substance use disorders access the help they need in an amount not to exceed $211,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 44% Federal, 56% General Funds.
