Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 4.3 +/- acre parcel of State owned land located on the southeast corner of NH Route 123 and Cobb Hill Road in the Town of Alstead to Hes Schippers and/or assigns for $31,500 plus a $1,100 Administrative Fee. (2)Further authorize to compensation H. G. Johnson Real Estate from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $1,890 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval.
