Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Delucca Fence Company Inc., Methuen, MA, for construction of approximately 22,000 feet of beam guardrail and the replacement of approximately 100 “F” terminal guardrail units throughout the State, on the basis of a low bid of $932,434.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $65,270.42 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 23, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
