Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with the firm of CHA Consulting Inc., Keene, NH, for preliminary design engineering services to widen approximately twelve miles of F. E. Everett Turnpike from Nashua to Bedford, in an amount not to exceed $2,114,730.22. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2019. 100% Turnpike Funds.
