Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with Lake Ridge on Meredith Bay Association, Meredith, NH, for the use of State-owned railroad property in Meredith, NH, along Lake Winnipesaukee, in the amount of $223,752.75. Effective September 1, 2015 through August 31, 2020.
