Authorize the Division of Economic Development, Office of International Commerce to enter into a contract with Wedu Inc., Manchester, NH, to provide a marketing strategy and streamlined website for the NH Aerospace and Defense Export Consortium in compliance with a grant awarded by the US Department of Defense through the Office of Economic Adjustment, in the amount of $100,000.
