Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to amend a sole source memorandum of understanding with NH Department of Education, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-25-15, item #31), for the delivery or Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act discretionary funding to cover the cost of individual training accounts for occupational skills for out-of-school youth, by increasing the amount by $60,000 from $7,500,000 to $7,560,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds – Discretionary.
