Authorize an amendment to a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the City of Lebanon (originally approved by G&C on 6-18-14, item #142), to increase funding by $750,000 from $2,500,000 to $3,250,000 for the Etna Road/Route 120 Sewer Replacement Project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
