Authorize the Bureau of Special Education to enter into a sole source contract with NH Coalition for Citizens with Disabilities Inc., d/b/a Parent Information Center, Concord, NH, to provide training and technical assistance to LEA personnel and families focusing on family-school engagement in the transition planning process of the NH State Personnel Development Grant, in the amount of $66,999.96. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
