Authorize the Bureau of Special Education to enter into a sole source contract with Strafford Learning Center, Somersworth, NH, to develop and provide training and technical assistance to local education agencies in their region under the State Personnel Development Grant, in the amount of $89,656.20. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
