Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Merrimack Valley Assistance Program Inc., Concord, NH, to provide supportive services, rental assistance, housing information and mortgage and utility payments to low income persons living with Human Immunodeficiency Virus / Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, and their families, in an amount not to exceed $714,731. Effective March 1, 2016, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through February 28, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
