Description

Authorize the Public Health Laboratories to enter into a retroactive agreement with Daniel F. Jones, MD, Norwich, VT, to provide pathologist services to satisfy the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments requirement for a Laboratory Director for laboratories that perform high complexity testing, in an amount not to exceed $106,500. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
