Authorize to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Environmental Services, Concord, NH, to complete a project to help municipalities reduce the energy-related costs of operating their wastewater treatment facilities, in the amount of $285,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2018. 100% Federal Funds (US Department of Energy-State Energy Program).
