Authorize the Division of Economic Development, Office of International Commerce to enter into a retroactive sole source contract amendment with the Granite State District Export Council (DEC), North Hampton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #127A, in the amount of $18,812), by amending the scope of services such that the DEC shall administer the State’s participation in the Hannover Messe 2016 Trade Show in Hannover, Germany; and by extending the completion date to May 31, 2016 from October 31, 2015. No Additional Funding. 100% General Funds.
