Authorize the Division of Emergency Services and Communications (9-1-1) to retroactively exercise a renewal option with Hightower North Inc., Sanbornton, NH, for the purpose of leasing tower space for continued use of two microwave antennas, by increasing the amount by $71,500.40 from $63,119.40 to a total of $134,619.80. Effective February 1, 2016 through January 31, 2021, with the option to renew for an additional five years. 100% Agency Income.
