Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment with Community Action Program Belknap and Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-20-13, item #62), to add to their ServiceLink contract the provision of the statewide Volunteer Risk Program Management services, by increasing the amount by $50,000 from $941,757 to an amount not to exceed $991,757. Effective October 1, 2015 through the original end date of September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
