Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Harrisburg, PA (originally approved by G&C on 10-3-12, item #36), by increasing the price by $16,494,946 from $54,592,543.33 to an amount not to exceed $71,087,489.33 and to extend the end date from September 30, 2016 to September 30, 2018, effective February 1, 2016, the date the Centers of Medicine and Medicaid approval or the date of G&C approval, whichever is later. 90% Federal, 10% General Funds.
