Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend an agreement with McFarland-Johnson Inc., Concord, NH and Binghamton, NY (originally approved by G&C on 7-10-13, item #115), to prepare the second phase of the preliminary engineering design for the US 3 and NH 25 corridor in Meredith, by retroactively extending the completion date from September 25, 2015 to September 1, 2016. No Additional Funding.
