Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to enter into a contract with Citizens Bank, National Association, Manchester, NH, for Toll Revenue Processing and Armored Car Services for the Bureau of Turnpikes, in the amount of $1,714,044.35. Effective upon G&C approval or February 1, 2016, whichever is sooner, and end January 31, 2019, with an option to renew for up to two additional two year periods up to but not beyond January 31, 2023. 100% Turnpike Funds.
