Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Hi-Way Safety Systems Inc., Rockland, MA, for installation of warning and intersection signs and upgrading existing warning signs located on horizontal curves on two-lane state maintained roadways throughout District II to improve safety, on the basis of a low bid of $634,947.04. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $44,446.29 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 14, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
