Authorize the Bureau of Transportation Systems Management and Operations to enter into an agreement with the firm of Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., Bedford, NH, for on-call engineering and support services for Intelligent Transportation Systems initiatives statewide, for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2019.
