Authorize the Division of Economic Development’s Office of International Commerce to enter into a retroactive contract amendment with Firebrand International LLC, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-16-15, item #51, in the amount of $48,000), to act as Consortium Manager for the NH Aerospace and Defense Export Consortium, in compliance with a grant awarded by the US Department of Defense through the Office of Economic Adjustment, by extending the completion date to May 31, 2016 from December 31, 2015. No Additional Funding. 100% Federal Funds.
