Authorize to award an Acquatic Resource Mitigation Fund grant to the NH Rivers Council, Concord, NH, in the amount of $345,000 to remove the Wathen Road culvert and daylight McQuesten Brook and replace the Eastman Avenue culvert for restoration and fish passage improvements.
