Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Dr. Kristin Roman, Staten Island, NY, as a substitute medical examiner, for a total not to exceed $20,000 to conduct autopsies as needed in the absence of the Chief Medical Examiner and the Deputy Chief Medical Examiner. Effective upon G&C approval through March 31, 2016. 100% General Funds.
