Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing agreement with the Trustees of Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-22-11, item #111), to provide the services of physicians and professional technical staff to meet the State’s needs to service patients and consumers, by increasing the price by $207,307 from $37,930,357.68 to an amount not to exceed $38,137,664.68. Effective July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. 32% General, 28% Federal, 40% Other Funds.
