Authorize the Bureau of Behavior Health to enter into an agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., Boston, MA, to conduct NH’s Public Mental Health Consumer Survey, in an amount not to exceed $150,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
