Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Town of Fryeburg, ME to reimburse for a portion of the non-federal share associated with a Federal Aviation Administration grant and other various grants and funds to construct, mark and light the extension of Runway 14-32 at the Eastern Slope Regional Airport, Fryeburg, ME. State participation in the amount of $100,000 is available for this project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2028. 100% General Funds
