Authorize the Division of Operations to establish various non-budgeted classes in various accounting units and to transfer $25,600 between various accounts and classes. (2)Further authorize to establish a consultant class to pay towards an existing Consultant contract for services to be performed on data collection. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016.
