Authorize the Bureau of Materials and Research to enter into a sole source service agreement with Malvern Instruments Inc., Westborough, MA, for the purpose of providing repair, calibration, maintenance, and services required to support the Department’s use of two Malvern Kinexus Dynamic Shear Rheometers, in the amount of $67,032. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2020. 73% Federal, 11% Other, 16% Highway Funds.
