Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.M. Piper Inc., Plymouth, NH, for rehabilitating the bridge that carries US 3 and NH 25 over Owl Brook in the Town of Ashland, on the basis of a low bid of $1,064,870.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $106,487.05 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 26, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
