Authorize to convey by quitclaim deed, an undeveloped 1.5-acre portion of “Greenfield State Park” in the Town of Greenfield, to Vestige Properties Inc., d/b/a New England Forest Products (NEFP). 0% State Funds. (2)Further authorize to accept a warranty deed to an undeveloped 1.5-acre parcel that abuts the Park from Barbara C. Harris Camp, also in the Town of Greenfield. 0% State Funds. (3)Further authorize to accept the $1,100 administrative fee from NEFP for deposit in the account “Forest Improvement Fund”.
