Description
Authorize to amend a sole source agreement with Sawyer’s Mill Associates Inc., Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-29-14, item #44), for removal of the Upper and Lower Sawyer’s Mill Dams, by increasing the amount by $565,000 from $105,000 to $670,000; by extending the end date to December 31, 2018 from December 15, 2016; and by modifying the scope of work to include additional tasks. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
