Authorize the Division of Educational Improvement to retroactively amend a sole source contract with the University of Kansas Center for Research Inc., Lawrence, KS (originally approved by G&C on 2-25-15, item #56), to administer the Dynamic Learning Maps alternate assessment in English language arts and mathematics, by increasing the price by $87,750 from $27,000 to $114,750.
