Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend $165,975 of federal funds from the NH Highway Safety Agency entitled NH State Police Virtual Private Network Installation to provide assistance to departments in designing, configuring, and deploying a VPN solution. (2)Further authorize to establish class 046 consultant positions for the purpose of providing assistance to departments in designing, configuring, and deploying a VPN solution. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Agency Income. Fiscal Committee approved.
