Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/10/24, Item #9, archived document ), to continue to provide training and technical assistance to the Department’s Home Visiting programs by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $550,000 from $760,000 to $1,310,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
