Authorize to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated October 20, 2015, in an amount not to exceed $98,000 for the provision of services for NH refugees sixty (6) year of age or older which promote community integration, naturalization, health, and mental health by providing case management and development of culturally and linguistically appropriate activities. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
