Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control to amend item #8, approved by G&C on September 16, 2015, for grants received from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and from the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness to funds NH Ebola Preparedness and Response program, by extending the end date from December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2017. (2)Further authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control to accept and expend remaining federal funds in the amount of $340,567 from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and $125,267 from the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response for a total of $465,834 to fund the NH Ebola Preparedness and Repose Program. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 18, 2015.
