Authorize to enter into an agreement with JSI Research & Training Institute Inc., d/b/a Community Health Institute, Bow, NH, to provide training, technical assistance, program evaluation, data analysis, data interpretation, and support for alcohol and other drug misuse prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery support professional, in the amount of $1,254,747.
