Authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to amend a previously approved request to Budget and Expend prior carry-forward funds (originally approved by G&C on 9-16-15, item #19), from the Special Railroad fund for the maintenance and repair of State-owned railroad lines, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2016. No Additional Funding. (2)Further authorize the Bureau of Rail and Transit to amend a previously approved request to expend an amount not to exceed $750,000 (originally approved by G&C on 9-16-15, item #19), from the Special Railroad fund for maintenance and repair of State-owned railroad lines and bridges, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2016. No Additional Funding. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 18, 2015.
