Authorize the Division of Project Development to amend a previously approved request to accept and expend revenue in the amount of $300,000 (originally approved by G& Con 10-7-15, item #21), for the Strategic Highway Research Program Implementation Assistance Program, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2015 to June 30, 2016. No Additional Funding. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 18, 2015.
