Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc., Conway, NH, for bridge rehabilitation work on the bridge that carries Applebee Road over the Branch River and associated work on the roadway approaches to the bridge in the Town of Milton, on the basis of a low bid of $441,409.60. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $44,140.96 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
