Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for roadway reconstruction of NH Route 125 in Plaistow, on the basis of a low bid of $6,965,639. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $208,969.17 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 13, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
