Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a sole source contract amendment with Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-17-12, item #87), to continue support of the Seacoast Commuter Options rideshare initiative in the Seacoast region, by increasing the amount by $56,000 from $80,483 to $136,483, and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2015 to December 31, 2018. 100% Turnpike Funds.
