Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Earth Systems Research Center, Durham, NH, to continue implementation of the State’s floodplain/Risk MAP program, as approved by the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, in the amount of $28,707. Effective December 16, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
