Authorize to enter into a retroactive contract amendment with East Coast Security Services Inc., Salem, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-20-13, item #30), to add equipment relocation services and clarify contract language contained in the existing statewide alarm and building access control system monitoring and maintenance services agreement. Effective November 17, 2015 through November 30, 2016. No Additional Funds. 100% Federal Funds.
