Authorize the Board of Pharmacy to amend item #36, originally approved by G&C on February 28, 2014, by extending the current end date from December 31, 2015 to March 31, 2016 to complete the implementation of the Controlled Drug Prescription Health and Safety Program. No Additional Funding. (2)Further authorize to extend the temporary full-time position, class 059, Administrator I, Labor Grade 27 (originally approved by G&C on 2-28-14, item #36), from the current end date of December 31, 2015 to March 31, 2016. (3)Further authorize to extend the temporary part-time position, Class 50, Administrator I, Labor Grade 27 (originally approved by G&C on 2-28-14, item #36), from the current end date of December 31, 2015 to March 31, 2016. 100% Transfer from other State Agency. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 18, 2015.
